Pricing & quotes
How much does pressure washing cost?
Typical ranges: house washes $299–$449, driveways $199–$299, roofs $449–$649, decks from $249, gutters from $149. Bundles save 15–20%. Every quote is exact before we book – the number we text is the number you pay.
Are quotes really free? What’s the catch?
Free, fast, and remote. We quote from satellite measurements plus your photos, so nobody has to stand in your driveway pretending to measure things. No site-visit sales pitch, no obligation, no follow-up barrage – one quote, one friendly check-in, done.
Do you offer bundles or discounts?
Yes: house + driveway is our most popular combo (save 20%), and the Full Reset package covers roof-to-curb at the best rate. Annual plan members lock pricing and get priority pollen-season slots. Military, teachers, and first responders: 10% always.
When do I pay?
After the walkthrough, when you’re happy. Card, check, or all the usual apps. Commercial accounts run net-30 with photo documentation attached to every invoice.
Process & scheduling
How long does a job take?
Driveways ~90 minutes, house washes 2–3 hours, roofs 2–4 hours, full-property packages most of a day. You’ll get a time window when you book and a text when we’re 30 minutes out.
Do I need to be home?
No – most customers aren’t. We need spigot access, unlocked gates, windows closed, cars out of the work zone, and pets inside. You get photo proof when we finish, so you’re never taking our word for it.
Do you use my water?
Usually yes – a typical job uses about as much as a few laundry loads. On well water or low-pressure homes, we draw from the 525 gallons on the truck instead. Either way it’s factored into the quote, never a surprise line item.
What if it rains?
Light rain doesn’t stop a wash (we’re professionals at getting things wet). Storms and lightning do – we’ll text you the night before with a reschedule, always within the same week when possible.
How far out are you booked?
Usually 3–7 days; spring runs longer. Huntersville and Lake Norman addresses often land next-day slots since the trucks start there. HOA deadline? Tell us – we triage those.
Safety – surfaces, plants & pets
Will pressure washing damage my siding, paint, or windows?
Not with the right method – and that’s the whole point of hiring pros. Siding, roofs, and painted surfaces get soft washed (low pressure + detergents). High pressure is for concrete and stone only. Windows get a final spot-free rinse, never a direct jet.
Is the detergent safe for plants, pets, and kids?
We pre-soak and cover landscaping, manage runoff, and rinse everything after. Detergents are biodegradable and surfaces are safe once dry – typically within the hour. Keep pets inside during the wash; after that, business as usual.
Do you use bleach?
We use professionally diluted sodium hypochlorite where organic growth requires it – it’s the industry-standard algaecide – balanced with surfactants, applied at the right ratios, and rinsed thoroughly. It’s the difference between “cleaned” and “comes back in a month.”
Are you licensed and insured?
Fully – $2M general liability plus workers’ comp, NC license #PW-2841. COI available on request (property managers: it’ll be in your inbox before the first visit).

What does “satisfaction guaranteed” actually mean?
If you’re not happy at the walkthrough, we re-wash the area on the spot or come back free within 7 days. Roof treatments carry a written 5-year streak-free promise. No fine print gymnastics.
How often should I have things washed?
Most Carolina homes: every 12–18 months for siding and concrete, 5+ years for roofs. Shade, lake humidity, and tree cover shorten that. We wrote a full guide with the honest schedule.
Do you do gift cards?
Yes – and a clean driveway is a weirdly beloved gift. Housewarmings, new parents, retired neighbors who’ve “been meaning to get to it”: call us and we’ll set it up.
