Surfaces we restore

If it’s flat and filthy, we wash it

Same hot-water process, dialed to the surface – brushed concrete, exposed aggregate, pavers, brick, and stone all get their own settings.

  • Driveways – 2-car to estate-length
  • Patios & walkways – concrete, pavers, flagstone
  • Pool decks – algae-slick to barefoot-safe
  • Garage floors – degreased and squeegeed
  • Curbs & aprons – the street-view frame
  • Brick & stone – gentle settings, no etching

Worth it

Seal it while it’s perfect

Freshly washed concrete is wide open – to the next oil drip, the next leaf season, the next set of tire marks. A penetrating sealer locks in the clean.

  • 2–3 years of protection – water, oil, and stains bead instead of soaking in.
  • Invisible finish – no gloss, no yellowing, no slippery film. Just concrete that stays clean.
  • Best value as a combo – wash + seal in one visit saves you ~25% vs. separate trips.

Concrete FAQs

Before you ask

All FAQs
Why does my neighbor’s DIY wash have stripes?
Wand-washing concrete leaves overlapping arcs (“zebra stripes”) because pressure and distance vary with every pass. Our walk-behind surface cleaners spin twin jets at a fixed height – even pressure, even result, no stripes.
Will high pressure damage my concrete?
Sound concrete handles our settings easily. Crumbling or previously-etched surfaces get lower pressure and more heat instead. Pavers and mortar joints get their own gentler setup – sand re-application available.
Do you use my water?
For most residential jobs, yes – a typical driveway uses about as much as a few loads of laundry. Our trucks also carry 525 gallons onboard for properties with well water or low flow.
Will every stain come out?
Most lift completely with the right chemistry. Years-old oil that’s soaked deep may lighten dramatically rather than vanish – we’ll flag exactly what to expect during the quote, so there are no surprises.

That driveway isn’t gray. It’s dirty.

Send your address – we’ll measure it from satellite and text back a quote, usually within the hour.
