Fifteen summers of sparkling water.
One truck, one route, and a stubborn idea: pool service should prove itself every week. Today we’re nine trucks strong, and the idea hasn’t changed.
Our story
Started with one truck and a promise
In 2011, our founder Danny was cleaning pools for a big franchise that measured success in stops-per-day. Pools got four rushed minutes; customers got mystery invoices. He quit, bought a used truck, and started Pebble & Palm Pool Co. with one rule: every visit gets proof.
That meant photos before the word “selfie” settled down, chemistry readings texted from flip phones, and a flat price with chemicals included so nobody ever opened a surprise bill. The Valley noticed. Fifteen years later we run nine route trucks across eight cities, and Danny still rides along one day a week, because the day he stops is the day quality slips.
How we operate
Three rules on every truck
Show the work
If we did it, you can see it. Photo reports, chemistry readings, and honest notes after every visit, rain, shine, or 118°.
Same faces
Your tech is your tech. Same person, same day, week after week, they know your pool’s quirks and your dog’s name.
Fix it honest
We quote repairs flat, show you the failed part, and tell you when a cheaper fix exists. Trust outlasts any single invoice.
The crew
The faces behind the reports
professionally trained, background-checked, and genuinely weird about water clarity.
Danny Alvarez
Founder & Route Rider
Started it all with one used truck in 2011. Still tests water by hand every Friday.
Priya Natarajan
Operations Manager
Keeps nine trucks, eight cities, and 1,200 pools running like a Swiss watch.
Marcus Webb
Lead Service Tech
Eleven years on routes. Famous for spotting a failing pump seal from across the yard.
Kate Sorensen
Repair Specialist
Our heater whisperer. If it hums, clicks, or refuses to fire, Kate already knows why.
The long game
From one truck to the whole Valley
Slow, stubborn, word-of-mouth growth, the kind you only get when neighbors recommend you over the fence.
One used truck, 14 pools
Danny’s first route in central Phoenix. Photo reports from day one.
Every tech professionally trained
We made technical training mandatory before it was cool. Still is, still are.
